We ship domestic and internationally. Local pick up is always free.

Canadian residents will be charged 5% goods and services tax on all products.

 

Payment

We accept Paypal, money orders and cash for local pick up. Paypal is a great and safe credit card method and you do not need an account to pay for your items.

 

Gift Certificates

We offer gift certificates in denominations of $20, $50, $100. They never expire!

We do that too! Please contact us and we will get your wish list set up.

 

Returns

We hope you love your products. If not, you may return your unwashed, unused items with the original packaging and we will issue a refund or store credit promptly and cheerfully. Full refund is issued within 15 days of receipt, store credit is issued within 30 days of receipt. All products are final sale after 30 days.

Return shipping is not reimbursed exempt in the case of item defect.

 

Warranty

Our products have great warranty guarantees! Contact us if you have a concern and we will either replace your item or guild you to the manufacturer if there is a warranty concern.

We value and respect your privacy. Your personal information is used to process your order, to answer any questions you may have and to send out the occasional newsletter. Your information will never be shared nor sold to third parties.

Credit Card information is only seen through your payola transaction with paypal. This information is not seen nor stored with Cowtown Kids.
